Terms and Conditions. Prices are for a full week’s rental and include use of electricity, duvets and pillows. The accommodation will be available from 4pm on the Saturday of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the Saturday of departure. The guests will be responsible for any breakages or damage and leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. No smoking inside the property. Bookings will be confirmed in writing or by email after receipt of 20% deposit. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival, plus £100 damage and breakages deposit (returned within 14 days after departure). Non refundable 20% deposit.
