The property caters for 8 people, plus space for cots. The living areas are comfortable with an open-plan kitchen diner with patio doors out to the patio and alfresco dining area. The spacious lounge has a formal dining table at one end and also patio doors to the garden. There is ample car parking within the grounds.

 

Constantine Bay is a 10 minute walk down the beach road. It is one of the finest bays in the parish of St Merryn, and just 3 miles by road to the quaint fishing port of Padstow with its many small shops and fine restaurants. The South-West coastal path follows the coastline between Padstow and Newquay. The well known Trevose Championship Golf Course is only a 2 minute stroll from the property.

 

Surfing on the beaches at Constantine, Treyarnon, Mother Ivey's and Harlyn Bay is extremely popular. Low tide at Constantine provides the opportunity for children to investigate the many rock pools and the beach has RNLI lifeguards on duty during the summer months.

 

There is a very well-stocked general store and surf hire shop just a minute from the property. Other local amenities including a grocer, butcher, post office, Pub and Chinese takeaway which can be found a mile
or so away in the village of St Merryn. A Tesco Supermarket is available just outside Padstow. From Constantine there is a regular bus service to Padstow and Newquay.
